  • About the Role: You will own the entire user funnel - from app open to KYC completion to first transaction to retention. You will partner with the Product Design team and Growth teams to identify drop-offs, run A/B tests, and ship product changes that compound conversion rates. This is a deeply analytical role that requires comfort living in Mixpanel, Firebase, and AB testing tools daily.
  • 3+ years as a Growth PM at a consumer product (fintech / payments only)
  • Deep expertise in funnel analysis, cohort retention, and experimentation frameworks
  • Daily user of Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, MoEngage, CleverTap
  • Owned and improved KYC onboarding, activation, or retention metrics at scale
  • Strong A/B testing rigor (statistical significance, sample sizes, hypothesis design)
