Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in brand, marketing, content, and/or design
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive  creative ideas and  initiatives end-to-end   
  • Proven ability to operate  and deliver  in fast-paced, high-expectation environments   
  • A  deep  understanding of brand - building acros s  messaging, storytelling,  and visual systems,  with an instinct for what resonates with (B2B) audiences  
  • Advanced h ands-on design skills (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar)  and strong creative judgement, including typography  
  • The ability to translate strategy into compelling content across channels (social media, presentations, campaigns, events)  
  • Experience managing social media  and editorial planning
  • An impact- and audience-first mindset, with the ambition to continuously elevate brand quality and consistency across all touchpoints  
  • Confident,  collaborative   stakeholder  management and alignment skills across function  
  • Fluent  in English;  a good working knowledge of German

  • A marketing, design, or communications degree

  • Your Role in Our Space Mission  
  • Drive  ongoing brand development and the definition of our brand narratives, visuals,  and  language  in collaboration with Marketing Leadership    
  • Ensure  brand cohesion across all channels,  proactively guiding and aligning cross-functional teams
  • Own social media and owned channels, leading content strategy, planning, and execution in close collaboration with  C ommunications  
  • Support  the  concept and execution of  ongoing  marketing and CRM campaigns  
  • Establish and scale a structured brand asset library for organization-wide use  
  • Provide strategic editorial oversight for social media channels ,  ensur ing  digital storytelling aligns with broader brand , commercial  and PR objectives  
  • Actively p osition Isar Aerospace as a thought leader in the  international  space ecosystem through  strong   branding,  content and messaging  
  • Conceptualize and design  high-quality  content (in-house and with agencies) across formats and channels  
  • Partner closely  on employer branding  initiatives  to attract world-class talent
