Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a behavioral health, healthcare, or oncology setting (preferred)
- Active independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LPCC, LMFT)
- Evidence-based behavioral health experience
- Experience collaborating with physicians
- Passion for quality behavioral health care

- We have built a behavioral health services and technology company to support patients' mental health alongside their physical health treatment plans. Our first offering deploys virtual mental health services using Collaborative Care, an evidence-based behavioral health care model. We will scale this virtual care model using technology, and build the foundations to drive outcomes focused on value-based care. Independent Contractor Opportunity We are seeking independently licensed behavioral health professionals to contract with us to provide Behavioral Health Care Management services for adult oncology patients through a Collaborative Care Model. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting one or more of our partner practices, working Monday-Friday. Minimum commitment: 20 hours per
- Provide behavioral health care management services to adult oncology patients.
- Conduct behavioral health screenings and clinical assessments.
- Deliver brief evidence-based behavioral health interventions.
- Educate patients regarding behavioral health conditions and treatment options.
- Monitor patient progress and treatment response.
- Coordinate care with oncology providers and other treating clinicians, as clinically appropriate.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
