- As a ICQA , you will ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and optimization of inventory management and warehouse operations within our EWR1 facility. You will oversee inventory control processes, lead replenishment activities, manage bin zones, and ensure compliance with quality standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to lead a team toward operational excellence.
- 2+ years in a warehouse, distribution, or inventory environment
- Strong Excel skills — pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis
- Experience with inventory management systems (NetSuite, RF-SMART, or similar)
- Sharp analytical skills with a focus on root cause, not just symptoms
- Organized, decisive, and effective under pressure
- Clear communicator — written and verbal
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English
- Hands-on NetSuite or comparable ERP experience
- Familiarity with RF-SMART and warehouse monitoring systems
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience
- Knowledge of inventory control best practices and QA processes
- Hourly role
- Compensation $24.00/hr - $30.00/hr Based on experience
- Schedule: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including varying days and hours.
- Tuesday - Saturday
- Ability to flex between days and nights will be required for this role.
