Assist with product requirements gathering, documentation, and support SDLC processes for life sciences supply chain AI platform.
Responsibilities
- Partner with decision-makers and stakeholders to deliver products to market and help our customers achieve the desired business value
- Partner with internal teams (Product Management, User Experience, Technical Communications, Services, Support, Engineering, Architecture) to ensure coordination and alignment leveraging all necessary parties to ensure our success
- Learn TraceLink products, business processes, methodology & ecosystem that drive effective programs
- Proactively build and expand business relationships that enable better product quality, time to delivery and customer satisfaction
- Technical degree (engineering and/or computer science)
- Working knowledge of GXP for the life sciences industry
- Working knowledge of agile software development lifecycle
- Working knowledge Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence)

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a product manager with cloud-based applications
- Supply Chain knowledge – Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing (CMO/CPO), Wholesaler/Distributor, 3rdParty Logistics (3PL), Pharmaceutical Dispensers (retail/hospital) and compliance

- Develop expertise in the product(s) represented in your domain area
- Assist with gathering product requirements and use cases from internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with documentation of requirements and use cases
- Participate in bug triage and scrum meetings
- Support and adhere to the SDLC processes
- Learn how to create solutions leveraging our low-code/no-code configuration solution (Opus Solution Environment)
- Strong project management skills
- Supports the team to drive through risk and ambiguity with a strong bias towards action and delivery.
- Functions effectively under pressure, with deadlines, and on high-visibility projects.
- Track record of setting targets, executing a plan, and delivering results against aggressive timelines
- Participate in team discussions relative to new product discovery.
