• Position Overview StepStone is looking for a customer-centric, detail-oriented individual who will work with a team that manages fund operations and client relations for the StepStone Australia Funds. The person should have a solid understanding of investment operations and strong communication skills.
• Essential Job Functions:  •    Manage communication with the fund’s Australia transfer agent and administrator to ensure a seamless client experience.  •    Coordinate with the fund’s Responsible Entity (RE) to resolve operational matters efficiently  •    Assist clients with onboarding and any operations-related queries •    Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the EMEA Operations team to ensure accurate trade processing.  •    Collaborate with the legal team to update documentation and ensure timely approval and implementation.  •    Assist due diligence team to complete information requests promptly and accurately.  •    Monitor quarterly KPIs for both external service pr
