• WHAT YOU’LL DO
• We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Analyst to support Poland Technology organization. This is a multifaceted role spanning operational support, governance coordination, vendor management, and data analysis — ideal for someone comfortable balancing multiple priorities and partnering with stakeholders across regions. • Support day-to-day Poland technology operations across administrative, governance, and organizational processes, collaborating closely with global teams in the United States, EMEA, and APAC. • Coordinate and manage operational activities related to vendors, contractors, and service providers, including invoicing and payment tracking, contract extensions and renewals, onboarding and offboarding processes, and supplier issue resolution. • Partner with ven
• WHAT’S REQUIRED
• • Experience in operations, business support, vendor management, administration, project coordination, or analytical roles within a corporate or technology environment. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail and execution quality. • Excellent communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills. • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data, reporting, and operational metrics. • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment. • Experience working in an international or matrix organization is strongly preferred. • Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office /
