• Experience turning ambiguity into executable plans, architectures, requirements, trades, or operating rhythms
• Strong communication skills across technical, programmatic, customer, and business stakeholders
• Bias toward action, disciplined follow-through, and mission-focused problem solving
• Experience in aerospace, defense, national security, or other high-consequence technical environments
• Loft Federal roles require U.S. citizenship and regular onsite work in Arvada, Colorado. Many require eligibility for a U.S. security clearance. Some roles require an active clearance.
