Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and backend development (Go, Java)
- Design scalable, resilient distributed systems
- Integrate LLMs, AI agents, RAG and inference services
- Build event-driven workflows and platform infrastructure
- Drive engineering standards, DevOps and security practices
Requirements
- 5–6+ years of software engineering experience
- Tech Lead or Senior Backend background
- Strong system design expertise
- Hands-on experience with Go and/or Java
- Understanding of AI/LLM architectures
Nice to have
- AWS experience is a plus
Conditions
