- We’re expanding our go-to-market team and hiring a Sales Manager who can lead reps through complex deals and coach them to success.
- You’ll manage and mentor Account Executives, drive outbound sales strategy, and partner with Revenue and Product leaders to shape a scalable GTM engine. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in startup environments and wants to grow a winning team.
- 🔍 What You’ll Do:
- Coach and manage AEs navigating long, strategic sales cycles
- Support pipeline development and ensure consistent deal velocity
- Align with Product, Marketing, and RevOps on execution and feedback loops
- Monitor performance metrics using Salesforce and Gong
- Help build repeatable sales infrastructure for future growth
- ✅ What You Bring:
- 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role
- Proven ability to mentor reps and influence GTM strategy
- Proficient in CRM and sales tools; data-driven and process-oriented
- Comfortable working remotely and cross-functionally during ET hours
