  • As our Christmas Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing festive magic to workplaces, hospitality venues and commercial environments across the UK. You’ll be at the heart of our Christmas operation, coordinating the delivery of stunning seasonal displays while ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience from enquiry through to installation and collection.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for incoming Christmas enquiries from our Business Development team and external channels.
  • Preparing and issuing accurate quotations and proposals, ensuring a fast turnaround and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Coordinating subcontractors for installations nationwide, including communicating schedules, client requirements and project expectations.
  • Issuing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and ensuring all necessary project documentation is in place.
  • Managing the dedicated Christmas inbox, ensuring all enquiries and communications are responded to promptly and professionally.
  • Handling incoming calls from clients, prospects and subcontractors, delivering outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Maintaining accurate records and project information across internal systems and CRM platforms.
  • Managing projects involving Christmas trees, wreaths, garlands and bespoke festive decoration schemes.
  • Contributing to the creation of memorable festive environments that enhance workplaces and create a welcoming seasonal atmosphere.
