Responsible for managing client services, account management, and office activities to support client retention and team coordination in financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage new client implementation process
  • Build and maintain client relationships aimed at client retention
  • Coordinate and direct client activities with other team members and assist as necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date familiarity of industry trends that affect the investment market
  • Manage special requests or projects as directed by Wealth Advisor team
  • Adhere to ethics and associate code of conduct policies and, as appropriate, communicate the same to team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Other

  • The Client Service Manager is responsible for managing the administration of client services as it pertains to client interaction and management of accounts, and general office management activities
  • Has positive attitude, with an exceptional client service demeanor
  • Ability to manage a team and build a strong rapport with team members
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain the necessary attention to detail
  • Ability to organize time and perform tasks with minimal direction
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred
  • Two or more years of related work experience in financial services and high net worth client service or equivalent experience
  • Strong PC proficiency required, experience with Salesforce and Orion Advisor Services preferred
