- Work on core engine features, graphics-related systems and performance optimization for PC and console projects (PC, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5).
Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing and maintaining core engine features
- Working on graphics-related systems
- Monitoring, maintaining and optimizing game performance
- Communicating technical ideas and constraints to technical and non-technical team members
- Debugging and bug fixing
- Developing for PC, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong practical knowledge of C++
- Strong computer science and mathematics background
- Extensive knowledge of rendering techniques
- Knowledge of GPU and CPU architecture
- Experience profiling and optimizing code for CPU, GPU, memory and bandwidth usage
- Professional experience in systems development for a shipped game on PC, Xbox Series X/S or PlayStation 5
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with Unreal Engine 5
Nice to have
- Experience working on action games
- Experience with console development pipelines
- Experience in large-scale engine development
