Responsible for owning the full sales cycle in a mid-level SaaS sales role, managing pipeline and client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts
  • Prospect new opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
  • Conduct discovery calls , product demos, and proposal presentations
  • Accurately forecast revenue and maintain pipeline hygiene in the CRM
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals aligned with revenue targets
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs post-sale

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of closing experience in a B2B SaaS Account Executive role
  • Prior experience working remotely is mandatory , including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing multiple deals simultaneously

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to mid-market customers
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC, SPIN, or similar sales methodologies
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing or startup SaaS environment
