  • Strong modeling and spreadsheet skills
  • Clear communicator with counsel, banks, accountants, and institutions
  • Comfortable owning problems end to end without a playbook

Other

  • Ostium is on a simple mission: make it possible for anyone with a digital wallet to trade stocks, commodities, currencies, and crypto with full transparency. No brokers, no freezes, no hidden spreads. We’re replacing the opaque, offshore brokerage model with a transparent, permissionless trading stack built onchain. Every trade, deposit, and withdrawal is verifiable through open, auditable code. We’ve raised $27.9M+ from General Catalyst, Jump, LocalGlobe, Susquehanna (SIG), GSR, Alliance DAO, Soma Capital, Balaji Srinivasan, Meltem Demirors, and others.
  • Own our vendor relationships with some of the largest TradFi exchanges in the world, and market data providers
  • Run the licensing, contracts, renewals, coverage, and cost across all of them
  • Take strategic questions from the founders and come back with data and a recommendation
  • Run quarterly planning: set targets with leadership, track them, keep them current
  • Own financial operations across entities and jurisdictions
  • Craft and execute appropriate incentives to manage capital with partner entities
  • Run the operational side of fundraising: data rooms, diligence requests, investor updates, closing mechanics, legal and documentation review
  • Work with outside counsel on contracts, entity admin, and compliance
  • Point of contact for funds, market makers, and institutional partners across verticals on diligence, docs, and onboarding
