- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable making outbound calls and securing sales
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow professionally
- Highly organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain
- Bilingual skills are a plus
