  • The Fulfillment Center operations team is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused performance across all warehouse activities. We drive excellence in inbound, outbound, inventory, and process control to deliver customer satisfaction while enabling sustainable scalability.
  • As Operations Manager, you will lead one of the core shifts within the fulfillment center, managing a team of Area Managers and associates. You will own shift-level performance across safety, quality, productivity, and cost. You will ensure operational readiness, develop leadership talent, and embed a culture of continuous improvement to support scalability and customer satisfaction.
  • Owns shift-level operational performance across safety, quality, productivity, and labor management.
  • Leads a team of Area Managers and associates, ensuring staffing, skills, and development for peak readiness.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams (Operational Excellence, Automation, HR, Finance, IT, Transportation) to solve operational challenges.
  • Provides input to long-term capacity planning and workforce development.
  • Oversees workflow planning, labor allocation, and compliance with safety and labor regulations.
  • Monitors and analyzes KPIs, driving continuous improvement through root cause analysis and corrective action.
  • Fosters a culture of engagement, accountability, and leadership development.
  • High school leaving exam or higher education.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain management.
  • Proven people leadership experience, managing large teams in fast-paced environments.
  • English proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
