Lead and own Reonic's UK market operations by collaborating with sales, account management, and product teams to drive growth and customer success in the greentech sector.

Responsibilities

  • We already have a team of five talented and ambitious people - you are the layer to connect them all and have ownership of our UK motion.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and Venture Development to gain a deep understanding of evolving market needs.
  • Bring the knowledge in a consolidated and prioritised format to our product team
  • Maintain a hands-on approach across both Sales and especially Account Management, building strong, lasting relationships with SMB-B2B clients, specifically solar and heat-pump installers
  • Drive growth and customer success by running product demos, managing retention strategies, and stepping in to support colleagues - especially when managing larger, high-value accounts.
  • Track (or build the system to track) market intelligence, including customer feedback, emerging opportunities, competitor moves, and industry trends, to continuously sharpen our market approach.

  • Please note that for this role, C2 English proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.
  • Proven Track Record: 3+ years of experience in SMB software sales or Account Management.
  • GTM & Market Expansion Experience: Thrives in fast-paced environments with hands-on experience launching or implementing new markets.
  • UK Market Expertise: Knowledge of SMB UK sales and go-to-market dynamics, backed by firsthand experience living or working in the UK
  • Passion for product and innovation in renewable energy.
  • Strong closer with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proactive, flexible, and resilient in fast-changing environments.
