Responsibilities
- As a Software Engineer at Flint, you'll build the systems behind AI-native websites: agents that design and ship real web experiences, the code-generation and editing infrastructure under them, and the product that ties it together.
- It's a broad role by design: we're small, so you'll move across frontend, backend, and the agentic systems depending on where the hard problem is that week.
Nice to have
- You've used website builders (Webflow, Framer) or CMS platforms (Sanity, Contentful, Strapi).
- You've shipped an LLM feature to real users and dealt with the part where it's non-deterministic and sometimes wrong.
- You've worked at an early-stage startup or on a small team.
