Responsibilities

  • As an Insurance Leadership Trainee, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Generating new business by identifying prospects, making outbound calls, and converting leads into sales
  • Conducting in-depth client consultations to evaluate insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
  • Selling and cross-selling a range of insurance products such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and regular policy reviews
  • Consistently meeting and surpassing individual sales goals to drive agency growth
  • Staying current with insurance products and compliance standards
  • Utilizing CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and handle policy renewals
  • Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to sales strategies

Requirements

  • We want dedicated sales professionals who are proactive and highly motivated. The ideal candidate will possess:
  • At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confidence making outbound sales calls and closing deals
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and accept coaching
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
