Responsibilities
- As an Insurance Leadership Trainee, your main responsibilities will include:
- Generating new business by identifying prospects, making outbound calls, and converting leads into sales
- Conducting in-depth client consultations to evaluate insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Selling and cross-selling a range of insurance products such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and regular policy reviews
- Consistently meeting and surpassing individual sales goals to drive agency growth
- Staying current with insurance products and compliance standards
- Utilizing CRM tools to track leads, manage follow-ups, and handle policy renewals
- Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to sales strategies
Requirements
- We want dedicated sales professionals who are proactive and highly motivated. The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence making outbound sales calls and closing deals
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and accept coaching
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
