Responsibilities

Requirements
- Candidates must demonstrate proven industry experience and hold the appropriate California licensing.
- Required:

- Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain shortly after hire)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to consistently meet production goals
- High degree of professionalism, organization, and initiative
