Responsible for achieving planned sales goals and coordinating with lead generation in a text message marketing company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales process from lead qualification to close
  • Run compelling discovery calls and tailored product demos
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success for a seamless customer journey
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Deliver clear, consultative solutions to SMB and mid-market customers

Conditions

  • Compensation : This role is eligible for the benefits & perks listed below. Depending on your location, the starting cash compensation range, inclusive of Base Salary + Variable Target, vs base salary only is:
  • Tier 1 (Bay Area, NYC, SEA) : $114,750- $157,500 Tier 2 (LA, SD, BOS, ATX, DC, PHI): $109,650- $144,900
  • Tier 3 (DAL, ATL, HOU, NSH, MIA, ALB): $102,000-138,600
  • Tier 4 (Other): $89,250- $126,000
  • Our compensation market ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range provided reflects the target cash compensation for new hires in major metropolitan areas. Actual compensation will vary based on the candidate’s specific location, skills, experience, and capabilities, as well as internal benchmarking.   • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 3+ year history of hitting sales objectives and exceeding quota.
  • Ability to align technology solutions to complex, multi-stakeholder business problems and utilize strategic thinking skills to solve customer problems.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic territory management, with the ability to prioritize among a high volume of opportunities and build a consistent year-long rolling pipeline.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, solve problems creatively, think on your feet, and be comfortable in new situations working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Impeccable organizational and time management skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
