Responsible for building and scaling field marketing programs to drive pipeline and revenue through multi-city roadshows and executive events.

Responsibilities

  • You will own Exa’s highest impact in person programs across the year. This includes multi city roadshows, executive dinners, curated hosted experiences, and select third party conferences.
  • You will partner directly with Sales to drive net new pipeline and accelerate revenue through thoughtful, high quality programs.
  • This is a revenue role. You are responsible for measurable pipeline outcomes, not just registrations or impressions.

Requirements

  • You think in terms of accounts, opportunity stages, and revenue impact. Pipeline is your north star.
  • You are exceptionally collaborative. Sales trusts you because you show up prepared, think strategically, and execute.
  • You are highly organized and detail oriented. You can manage multiple cities, vendors, and stakeholders without dropping the ball.
  • You are data driven. You care about what worked, what did not, and how to improve the next stop.
  • You are comfortable in a fast moving startup environment where priorities evolve and programs need to adjust quickly.
  • Experience working with AI, infrastructure, developer tools, or technical audiences is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS field marketing or event marketing experience
  • Proven experience building roadshows or multi city programs from scratch
  • Demonstrated ownership of pipeline outcomes in partnership with Sales
  • Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Clear communicator who can simplify complex plans into actionable briefs
