Responsibilities
- Research and identify new lead opportunities.
- Execute consultative solution selling, positioning Element451’s value effectively.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract execution.
- Oversee and optimize the buyer journey, ensuring a seamless process.
- Prepare and deliver pitches and platform demos tailored to prospects’ needs.
- Manage and track deals within HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and customer success teams.
- Handle multiple opportunities across various pipeline stages.

- You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, working with forward-thinking colleges eager to enhance their enrollment strategies. - 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in direct or outside B2B sales; higher education experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and business development success.
- Strong ability to prospect and generate pipeline opportunities.
- Expertise in full-cycle sales processes, from initial engagement to close.
- A consultative, value-driven sales approach that aligns with client needs.
- Ability to demonstrate SaaS technology effectively for prospects.
- Experience managing a full-funnel pipeline and navigating deal strategies.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, MarTech, or similar).
- Bachelor's degree required
