- Role Overview: We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Electronics Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, bench-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and is excited to contribute directly to cutting-edge medical technology. A formal degree is not required—strong practical experience is what matters most.
- Perform soldering and rework on PCBs, including 0201 discretes and fine-pitch BGAs under a microscope
- Execute board modifications, debug issues, and support rapid design iterations
- Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and test procedures with high accuracy
- Run functional tests on incoming and assembled hardware; document results clearly
- Support incoming inspection and ensure hardware meets quality standards
- Assist with lab operations, including organization, equipment upkeep, and basic lab management
- Calibrate and maintain test equipment; coordinate with external vendors as needed
- Partner closely with engineers to troubleshoot issues and improve designs
- Strong hands-on experience with fine-pitch soldering and PCB rework
- Comfortable working under a microscope on small, delicate components
- High attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Experience with electronics testing and lab equipment
- Self-starter who’s comfortable at the bench and adapting in a startup environment
