• We are proactively seeking members for a new AI team, which will be built directly by our Founding AI Engineer after they join. As a core hands-on contributor, you will help execute the mission to solve voice AI. This is an expression of interest to be among the first candidates to form this new team of AI specialists.
• Until now, we have been pushing fine-tuning, small model architecture tweaks, and data pipelines to their limits as a team of product-focused engineers. This allowed us to build a successful commercial product, powered by advanced components we created ourselves, like our industry-leading Polish ASR for telephony.
• Your mission will be to help push beyond our current limits by executing on R&D in real-time understanding and reasoning. You will build and deploy speech-to-text systems, experiment with multimodal LLMs, and collaborate with your new team on the data pipelines that fuel this entire development.
