- Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $105,000 - $130,000 + Bonus.
- Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined
- by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity
- and alignment with market data.

- Crusoe is seeking an Expense Manager to assist in oversight and optimize our
- global travel program as we continue to scale. The Expense Manager is
- accountable to the Senior Manager – Accounts Payable. This role will be
- responsible for assisting in the day-to-day administration of our travel platform,
- ensuring policy compliance, managing travel vendor relationships, and
- supporting employees with a seamless and cost-effective travel experience.
- Assist in administering and management of Crusoe’s corporate travel
- platform, including system configuration, user support, approval
- workflows, and reporting
- Ensure adherence to company travel policies by monitoring, addressing,
- and providing clear guidance of out-of-policy activity.
- Serve as the point of contact for travel-related questions, escalations, and
- urgent travel needs when the manager is not available.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, People, and Security to align travel
- practices with budget controls and duty-of-care standards.
- Manage relationships with travel vendors and key vendors to ensure
- smooth operations and competitive pricing.
- Track and report on travel spend, identify trends, and recommend process
- improvements to drive cost efficiency and compliance.
- Establish and track key travel program metrics (policy compliance, savings,
- adoption rates) and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance
- scalability as the company grows.
- Communicate accounting information to clients, often with little or no
- accounting experience, in order to achieve accurate financial accounting
- and reporting to resolve issues
- Maintain clear documentation, FAQs, and employee communications
- related to travel policies and processes.
- 3-5 years of experience managing or administering a corporate travel
- program
- Direct experience working within a corporate travel platform (e.g., Navan,
- Coupa)
- Experience enforcing travel policies and confidently addressing out-of-
- policy bookings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing high-
- volume bookings and reporting
- Comfort operating independently while escalating appropriately to
- leadership
- Data-oriented mindset with experience tracking spend and identifying
- savings opportunities
- Clear, professional communication skills and a customer-service approach
- balanced with policy accountability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
