  • Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $105,000 - $130,000 + Bonus.
  • Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined
  • by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity
  • and alignment with market data.

  • Crusoe is seeking an Expense Manager to assist in oversight and optimize our
  • global travel program as we continue to scale. The Expense Manager is
  • accountable to the Senior Manager – Accounts Payable. This role will be
  • responsible for assisting in the day-to-day administration of our travel platform,
  • ensuring policy compliance, managing travel vendor relationships, and
  • supporting employees with a seamless and cost-effective travel experience.
  • Assist in administering and management of Crusoe’s corporate travel
  • platform, including system configuration, user support, approval
  • workflows, and reporting
  • Ensure adherence to company travel policies by monitoring, addressing,
  • and providing clear guidance of out-of-policy activity.
  • Serve as the point of contact for travel-related questions, escalations, and
  • urgent travel needs when the manager is not available.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, People, and Security to align travel
  • practices with budget controls and duty-of-care standards.
  • Manage relationships with travel vendors and key vendors to ensure
  • smooth operations and competitive pricing.
  • Track and report on travel spend, identify trends, and recommend process
  • improvements to drive cost efficiency and compliance.
  • Establish and track key travel program metrics (policy compliance, savings,
  • adoption rates) and provide regular reporting to leadership.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance
  • scalability as the company grows.
  • Communicate accounting information to clients, often with little or no
  • accounting experience, in order to achieve accurate financial accounting
  • and reporting to resolve issues
  • Maintain clear documentation, FAQs, and employee communications
  • related to travel policies and processes.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing or administering a corporate travel
  • program
  • Direct experience working within a corporate travel platform (e.g., Navan,
  • Coupa)
  • Experience enforcing travel policies and confidently addressing out-of-
  • policy bookings
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing high-
  • volume bookings and reporting
  • Comfort operating independently while escalating appropriately to
  • leadership
  • Data-oriented mindset with experience tracking spend and identifying
  • savings opportunities
  • Clear, professional communication skills and a customer-service approach
  • balanced with policy accountability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
