This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of mission-critical operations, rapid growth, and complex energy systems. You'll report to senior operations leadership and work cross-functionally with Real Estate, Engineering, EH&S, IT, Finance, and external construction partners to ensure every Crusoe facility runs safely, efficiently, and at the reliability levels our customers depend on. - Track and report on energy consumption, PUE, and sustainability KPIs across the portfolio; identify efficiency improvements
- Support Crusoe's ESG commitments and contribute to ongoing ESG reporting
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing facilities team including regional managers, site leads, and contracted services
