• Dapper is looking for a Videographer & Video Editor with a sharp eye and a pioneering spirit. Someone ambitious enough to help us build the #1 B2B marketing agency in the world.
• As a Videographer & Video Editor on our creative team, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into visual stories, and your work will help bring our clients' brands to life across digital channels. We work with a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising start-ups to fast-growing scale-ups, and beyond.
• At Dapper, we believe B2B marketing needs a creative revolution. Our mission is to make B2B less boring, more creative and more impactful, with visuals that are impossible to ignore.
• Have 4+ years of relevant experience producing and editing, ideally in an agency, production company, or marketing team, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create high-quality video content.
• You’re proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, and comfortable using After Effects and DaVinci Resolve (or similar tools) for motion integration and colour correction
• You can confidently manage projects independently, from brief to filming and editing, while sticking to deadlines and maintaining brand quality
• You have solid experience using DSLR or mirrorless cameras, basic lighting setups, and audio gear. You know how to capture professional footage and adapt well when filming on location
• You’re comfortable going on solo client shoots, including setting up equipment, managing time efficiently, and capturing the right shots to tell the story
• You’re able to give and receive feedback constructively and enjoy collaborating with creatives, marketers, and account managers
• You’re curious and always looking for smarter ways to work: through AI tools, automation or templates
• You’re adaptable and open to change: comfortable adjusting to new tools, workflows, team structures, and creative challenges in a fast-evolving company environment. You see change as an opportunity to grow, not a obstacle.
