- We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build and scale the web applications that power our insurance and financial products. You will own features end-to-end, from intuitive user interfaces to reliable backend services, working closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver fast, scalable, and high-quality software.
- Build end-to-end product features across frontend and backend.
- Develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces with modern web technologies.
- Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to rapidly ship new features.
- Continuously improve code quality, development processes, and system architecture.
- Strong experience building production web applications.
- Solid understanding of both frontend and backend development.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Comfortable working across the full product lifecycle, from design discussions to deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward execution and ownership.
- Deliver high-quality product features across the full technology stack.
- Build reliable, scalable applications that provide excellent user experiences.
- Maintain clean, maintainable codebases that enable rapid iteration.
- Improve application performance, stability, and development efficiency.
