- Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, AI/ML, and product
- Build outbound sourcing pipelines from scratch for hard-to-fill roles

- Proven track record closing high-quality engineering talent
- Comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and high hiring bars
- Hands-on with tools like Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
- Direct impact on company trajectory through hiring

- OTE for this role is $175-225k Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location.
