Responsibilities
- Develop clear and effective on-ground marketing and activation plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead day-to-day execution of events, roadshows, sponsorships, and activation campaigns.
- Manage and mentor the on-ground activation team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality execution.
- Work closely with Sales, PR, Digital Marketing, and Product teams to ensure integrated and consistent campaign delivery.
- Handle vendor management, negotiations, logistics, and approvals required for all on-ground activities.
- Track performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports to improve future campaigns.
- Manage activation budgets responsibly to ensure strong ROI and cost efficiency.

- We are looking for a hands-on and strategic Senior Lead, Events & Activation to drive Bjak’s on-ground marketing presence across ASEAN. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of events, activations, and on-ground campaigns to grow brand awareness and user acquisition. You will also guide a small activation team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure every initiative aligns with our brand and business goals.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Have 5+ years of experience in events, on-ground activation, field marketing, or brand activation.
- Have experience coordinating teams or leading small groups to deliver high-impact events.
- Are highly organized, hands-on, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have strong problem-solving skills and can adapt quickly when challenges arise on-ground.
- Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Are creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of brand consistency.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or banking is a plus (not mandatory).
- Fluent in English.
