- Act as a reliable internal support arm to help teams execute day-to-day priorities efficiently
- Ensure operational follow-ups, trackers, and coordination do not fall through the cracks
- Support multiple departments by handling administrative, coordination, and execution tasks
- Free up functional teams by taking ownership of tracking, updates, and internal coordination
- Provide day-to-day support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, documentation, and follow-ups
- Track and follow through on CEO priorities, action items, and decisions across teams
- Prepare briefing notes, summaries, and materials for internal and external meetings
- Act as a point of coordination between the CEO and internal stakeholders
- Support ad-hoc projects that cut across multiple functions (e.g. HR, Operations, Finance, Product, Marketing)
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather updates, align timelines, and unblock execution issues
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and issues are escalated appropriately
- Drive follow-ups without formal authority
- Handle hands-on administrative work such as documentation, data tracking, reporting, and task coordination
- Organise information, files, trackers, and workflows to support decision-making
- Assist with logistics, scheduling, and operational arrangements as required
- Identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies and propose practical solutions
- Handle unexpected requests or last-minute changes with composure and clarity
- Support special projects or urgent matters as assigned by the CEO
- Are highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Enjoy supporting multiple teams and keeping things running smoothly
- Are comfortable handling repetitive administrative tasks alongside ad-hoc requests
- Can follow up persistently and ensure updates are provided on time
- Prefer internal-facing execution rather than external stakeholder management
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with global teams.
