Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, creative direction, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to craft compelling narratives across formats (written, visual, video).
  • Deep understanding of social media, content distribution, audience behavior, and digital storytelling.
  • Experience managing content creators, freelancers, or cross-functional creative teams.
  • Familiarity with community platforms (Discord, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn) and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact content with measurable results.
  • Highly proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and lead Bjak’s end-to-end content strategy across all digital channels (social, website, newsletters, community, campaigns).
  • Define storytelling frameworks, brand narratives, and content pillars aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content touchpoints.
  • Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of high-quality content — including social posts, long-form articles, videos, campaign assets, and educational content.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, videographers, and cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Guide content creators with clear briefs, direction, and feedback to maintain strong creative standards.
  • Lead the content engine for marketing campaigns, ensuring storytelling aligns with campaign objectives and audience needs.
  • Optimize content journeys across channels to drive engagement, conversion, and brand affinity.
  • Monitor content performance and apply insights to continually refine strategies.
  • Oversee content direction for online and offline community initiatives.
  • Develop strategies to foster engagement, participation, and brand loyalty within community groups.
  • Identify and leverage user-generated content to build trust, credibility, and authenticity.
  • Work with influencers, creators, and brand advocates to expand content reach and impact.
  • Develop ambassador and collaboration programs that support brand storytelling and audience growth.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Customer Experience) to ensure content reflects business priorities.
  • Track content performance metrics and community insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and content gaps.
  • Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders to support business goals.
