- We are seeking a Creative Brand Strategist to shape brand direction, elevate storytelling, and drive high-impact marketing initiatives that reinforce Bjak’s positioning across ASEAN. This role blends strategic brand thinking with hands-on creative execution across campaigns, content, and community-building initiatives.
- You will be responsible for developing compelling brand narratives, designing integrated marketing strategies, and ensuring consistent, memorable brand presence across all channels.
- Define and evolve Bjak’s brand narrative, positioning, and messaging across markets.
- Lead the ideation and development of creative concepts for campaigns that strengthen brand perception and audience engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints, content formats, and marketing activities.
- Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Work closely with designers, content creators, and cross-functional teams to translate brand strategies into high-quality creative assets.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide strategic insights for continuous improvement.
- Oversee content strategy for social media, newsletters, and community channels to ensure impactful storytelling.
- Build and nurture an active online/offline community aligned with Bjak’s mission and brand values.
- Develop initiatives that increase participation, advocacy, and brand loyalty.
- Identify and leverage user-generated content to strengthen brand authenticity.
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand advocates to amplify Bjak’s reach.
- Develop programs that turn loyal users into brand champions and ambassadors.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights that support brand strategy and future campaigns.
