Part-time remote BCBA consultant role advising on care models, insurance contracts, and providing clinical input to improve services.

Responsibilities

  • We are looking for around 1 hr commitment per week
  • Advise on state regulations, cultural nuances, and care‑model innovation.
  • Advise on policies and outcome metrics to ensure evidence‑based, family‑centered care.
  • Act as the primary credentialed provider for the group when we are applying to commercial and Medicaid plans in your state.
  • Use and critique our all‑in‑one tech stack (scheduling, data, EHR, billing) to guide product improvements.
  • If you wish, start seeing clients on our platform and build your own practice over time (no upfront fees, full ops support).

Requirements

  • We’re expanding our autism services and need Board‑Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to serve as part‑time consultants. You will help us shape local care models, expand insurance contracts, and if interested, create a launch‑pad to build or grow your own independent practice—without the usual operational headache.

Conditions

  • Compensation will be $100-150 per hour dependent on experience and geographic location.
  • About 3Y Health At 3Y, we believe BCBAs deserve more — more freedom, more support, and more impact. That’s why we’ve created a platform where BCBAs can launch and grow your own ABA practice with no upfront costs and full operational support.
  • We handle the logistics. You focus on care.
