Manage and grow a sales development team to drive pipeline and new logo opportunity creation through inbound and outbound channels.

  • Create best practices for converting pipeline across all channels (inbound, outbound, events, etc)

  • You'll manage our existing team of sales development representatives and be responsible for further building out the SDR team, and establishing the best practices of this motion. This is a hybrid inbound and outbound SDR team who is responsible for new logo opportunity creation through traditional outbound channels like phone, email, linkedin, etc.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience as a top performing Sales Development Manager at a software company ideally
  • Top performer - track record of top sales performance: quick promotions, consistently beating quota
  • Strong analytical and reporting around sales performance
  • Growth minded, both personally as well as for the people working for you
