- You'll manage our existing team of sales development representatives and be responsible for further building out the SDR team, and establishing the best practices of this motion. This is a hybrid inbound and outbound SDR team who is responsible for new logo opportunity creation through traditional outbound channels like phone, email, linkedin, etc.
- 1 - 3 years of experience as a top performing Sales Development Manager at a software company ideally
- Top performer - track record of top sales performance: quick promotions, consistently beating quota
- Strong analytical and reporting around sales performance
