Experienced Account Executive responsible for generating pipeline and closing mid-market and enterprise software deals, driving growth at a high-growth startup.
Responsibilities
- Be in charge of all inbound leads, generate pipeline, and close deals
- Implementing time-saving structure & process.
- Generate new ideas that accelerate growth.
- Own enterprise deals end-to-end, including understanding customer pain points, helping them evaluate Paraform, negotiate terms, and ensure successful onboarding of customers

- We're looking for an experienced and dynamic AE who can not only crush our current pipeline and close mid-market and enterprise deals, but help build out the playbook and continue Paraform's exponential growth.
- Folks need to be willing to grind, but we also need creative thinkers who have high clockspeed, can implement time-saving structure & process, and generate new ideas that accelerate growth.
- 3 - 8 years of experience selling software or services to tech companies at a high-growth startup
- Significant outbound prospecting experience
- Track record of top sales performance: quick promotions, President's club, consistently beating quota
- Outstanding achievements in some other competitive domain (varsity sports in college, degree from a top university, etc)
