- 🎯 What You Will Do
- Hopae's network of IDV providers is one of our most strategic assets. As Partner Development Manager, you own the relationships that turn that network into revenue — activating partners, building joint go-to-market motions, and making sure both sides win.
- Own the full partner lifecycle with IDV providers — from activation and enablement to co-sell execution and growth
- Build joint GTM strategies with partners: define targets, identify opportunities, and create the conditions for deals to close
- Generate and grow pipeline through the partner channel — you're accountable to revenue, not just relationship health
- Run structured business reviews (QBRs) and track KPIs across volume, revenue, and partner performance
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Legal to remove blockers and keep partners moving
- Be the voice of the partner internally — surface insights that shape how Hopae builds and positions its product
- 🧠 Who You Are
- 3–5 years in B2B SaaS, identity, or privacy-first tech — you understand how the ecosystem works
- Experienced in partner or channel roles where your success was measured in pipeline and revenue, not just activity
- You get the IDV value chain — how providers, platforms, and end clients fit together and where Hopae plays
- A natural relationship builder who earns trust quickly — with partners and internal stakeholders alike
- Outcome-driven and self-directed — you set your own targets and hold yourself to them
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus given our global partner network
