Part-time role focused on prospecting and full-cycle selling to grow Tenjin's presence in Vietnam's mobile app and game developer ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • We're looking for part-time contractors to help us establish and grow our presence in Vietnam. There's clear demand in each — but without local teams or local language coverage, we need people who know their ecosystems. These are hybrid roles: part prospecting, part full-cycle selling. You'll identify mobile app studios, game developers, and independent app teams, build relationships from the ground up, and own deals end-to-end. You'll have direct access to the global growth team and real ownership of your market.
  • Each engagement is flexible, with scope and hours adapting to workload and mutual fit.
  • Identify and engage mobile app studios and developers in your market — gaming, utility, lifestyle, fintech, or any vertical with meaningful UA spend
  • Own the full sales cycle: outreach → discovery → demo → trial → close
  • Represent Tenjin at local industry events and within developer communities
  • Feed market intelligence back to the team: pricing signals, competitor moves, product gaps
  • Track pipeline activity in CRM

Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales, BD, or account management in mobile advertising, adtech, or B2B SaaS
  • An existing network in your market's mobile app or gaming ecosystem
  • Fluent in the local language and English
  • Self-directed — comfortable working async with a remote global team
  • Familiarity with MMPs, mobile attribution, or UA is a strong plus
  • Market-specific language requirements: Vietnamese (Vietnam)
