  • You'll help answer questions like:
  • How do we make sure the best engineers in SF know who Metaview is?
  • Which communities should we be involved in?
  • Which events should we sponsor?
  • Which events should we host ourselves?
  • How should Metaview show up in the startup ecosystem?
  • How do we build meaningful relationships with students, founders, engineers, and operators?
  • How do we turn Metaview into a talent magnet?
  • You will work directly with product leadership and recruiting to increase awareness of Metaview among exceptional technical talent.
  • One week:
  • Organize a dinner for Stanford CS students.
  • Help sponsor a Systems @ Berkeley event.
  • Coordinate a founder-engineer gathering at the office.
  • Reach out to student leaders.
  • Build relationships with South Park Commons members.
  • Another week:
  • Run a hackathon.
  • Coordinate an engineering meetup.
  • Bring top candidates into the office.
  • Launch a university ambassador program.
  • Evaluate whether a sponsorship is worth $15,000.
  • There is no fixed playbook.
  • The goal is simple: Increase the number of exceptional engineers who know and admire Metaview.
  • After 6 months:
  • Metaview is regularly mentioned alongside top SF startups.
  • Students at Stanford, MIT, IVY Leagues, and similar know who we are.
  • We have strong relationships with key technical communities.
  • Top engineering candidates already know about Metaview before entering the process.
  • Recruiting pipeline quality has materially improved.
  • You may have:
  • Led a major student organization.
  • Run a conference.
  • Built a community.
  • Been a startup founder.
  • Worked in recruiting.
  • Worked in university recruiting.
  • Worked in partnerships.
  • Worked in operations.
  • What matters most is that you know how to create momentum.
  • You'll work directly with Metaview's leadership and product team on some of the company's highest-priority initiatives.
