  • Wormhole Labs builds Sunrise (sunrise.xyz), a platform that helps token issuers launch and list their tokens on Solana. To date, we've orchestrated the launch of dozens of assets on the Solana blockchain accounting for more than $10 billion in cumulative trading volume.
  • Source, pitch, negotiate, and close partnerships with asset issuers, Solana ecosystem projects, and broad ecosystem participants to drive Sunrise adoption.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with blockchain protocols, crypto startups, DAOs, and enterprise clients, driving adoption and integration of our solutions and services.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to support launches and align GTM strategies with client needs.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies.
  • Build, manage, and execute a structured sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation and successful deal closure.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including engineering and operations, to deliver seamless client solutions and drive successful outcomes.
  • Experience: 4+ years in business development, sales, or strategy roles within blockchain, crypto, fintech, or SaaS industries. Proven track record closing meaningful partnerships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, protocols, DeFi, and cross-chain solutions.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to derive actionable insights from data and apply them to drive strategy and decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who identifies opportunities, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
