Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Brand, Marketing, or Social Media roles, with responsibility for brand development and growth
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and audience perception, with the ability to translate this into clear messaging and initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with social media (Instagram as a core platform) and understanding of content formats, trends, and audience engagement principles
  • Experience planning and executing marketing or content initiatives that drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Ability to work with key performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and use data to inform decisions and optimize activities
  • Experience conducting market and competitor research, identifying trends, and turning insights into actionable ideas
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams or external contributors and driving initiatives from idea to execution
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and ensure delivery
  • Creative thinking combined with a structured, business-oriented mindset and attention to detail
  • High level of ownership, proactivity, and focus on results

  • Currently, we are looking for an experienced Content & Personal Brand Manager . About the Role This role is focused on managing and scaling a personal brand across social media, online programs, and digital products.
  • You will work closely with the founder on day-to-day execution — from content planning and launches to coordinating ongoing initiatives and external contributors.
  • Who You’ll Work With You will work directly with an international-level athlete and entrepreneur in the fitness and wellness space — a professional bodybuilding coach, IFBB fitness competitor, and Master of Sports of International Class. Based in Cyprus, the founder is building a personal brand in the fitness and wellness space, combining competitive sports with digital products, online programs, and content-driven initiatives focused on healthy lifestyle, nutrition, and weight management. Responsibilities
  • Own and drive social media growth (primarily Instagram)
  • Plan content, generate ideas (Reels, posts, stories), and manage the content calendar
  • Monitor trends, analyze performance, and continuously improve content approach
  • Research and initiate collaborations, partnerships, and ambassador opportunities
  • Communicate with brands and support partnership development
  • Support preparation of presentations and materials
  • Identify relevant events, competitions, and visibility opportunities
  • Support launching and scaling digital products (online programs, educational initiatives)
  • Assist in structuring program content and user journey
  • Support client acquisition and help organize online program processes
  • Track results, feedback, and help systematize insights
  • Coordinate work with developers and other external specialists
  • Support coordination of external specialists (coaches, nutritionists, etc.)
  • Help structure and move forward new initiatives and ideas
  • Ensure tasks are tracked, prioritized, and delivered on time
  • Direct collaboration with a high-level international athlete and entrepreneur, with full visibility into how a personal brand is built, scaled, and monetized.
