  • Role Overview: As the Head of eCommerce, you’ll strategically lead and manage our global online presence, driving revenue growth through a sophisticated digital experience. Your role involves growing online revenue, shaping omnichannel customer journeys, overseeing website merchandising, managing cross-functional collaboration (internal stakeholders and external contractors), and ensuring alignment with ambitious KPIs.
  • Own and drive global eCommerce revenue and profitability targets with a strong revenue-growth orientation.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty, tailored to luxury consumers.
  • Lead continuous improvement of the online customer experience, emphasizing high-end storytelling, personalization, seamless UX/UI, and omnichannel experiences that bridge online and offline presences.
  • Oversee exclusive launches, gifting strategies, tailored customer segmentation, and effective website merchandising to double down on Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Set, monitor, and optimize KPIs (CAC, LTV, AOV, Conversion Rates).
  • Utilize heavy analytics and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to translate data into actionable insights, informing strategic and operational decisions.
  • Design and manage email/SMS marketing, retention programs, and post-purchase engagement.
  • Implement customer segmentation strategies to nurture collectors, corporate clients, and gifting customers.
  • Guide external partners in paid media, influencer, content, and SEO strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives align with brand values, campaign messaging, and performance targets.
  • Lead coordination between internal stakeholders and a global network of contractors and agencies.
  • Establish clear KPIs, ensuring accountability, quality, and timely delivery across all external partnerships.
  • Ensure all digital initiatives comply with global alcohol marketing regulations.
  • Oversee region-specific adaptations, addressing local payment, language, and cultural preferences.
