  • We’re looking for a highly analytical, resourceful, and impact-obsessed Operations Manager to join our Business Operations team and own one of our key operational scopes: Content, Product, Revenue, Finance, Marketing, or Team.
  • You’ll take full ownership of your vertical, dive deep into its toughest challenges, and lead bold initiatives that unlock new levels of performance. You’ll design tech-enabled, scalable solutions that power Joko’s next stage of growth and efficiency.
  • From rethinking revenue funnels to automating internal tooling or reshaping cross-functional workflows, you’ll be a key driver of transformation across the company.

How to apply

  • Intro call: Quick screening with the Hiring Manager or the Talent team.
  • Step 1 – Team interview (45 min): Conversation with two Joko team members (could include the Hiring Manager, people from the team you’d join, or colleagues from other teams).
  • Step 2 – Role-specific assessments For non-engineering roles : A take-home case study followed by a 45-min interview. We assess both your output and how you think in real time. The exercise will be relevant to your role (e.g. analysis, strategy, or process design).
  • For engineering roles : A 90-min live technical interview on CoderPad covering code understanding, review, system design, and product thinking (with AI serving as a collaboration tool).
  • Step 3 – Leadership interview (45 min): Conversation with a SteerCo member and a Founder.
  • References: Up to 3 calls with former colleagues or managers.

  • You’ll be part of a small, elite team with the autonomy to make real decisions and the mandate to drive real change.
  • Education : You graduated from a top-tier engineering, business, or applied science program
  • Experience: You have 2+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or a similar role.
