Provide technical support and engineering solutions for developers building on the Solana blockchain to enhance customer experience and product tooling.

Responsibilities

  • We're hiring a Solutions Engineer who thrives on being the go-to technical resource for developers building on Solana. You'll own the customer support experience — answering hard questions in real time, unblocking integrations, and turning recurring pain points into better products, docs, and tooling.
  • This is a hybrid role: part technical support, part solutions engineering, and part internal engineering partner. You'll be embedded in our developer community day-to-day, spotting patterns in what customers need and shipping code, demos, and automation that raise the bar for the entire Helius developer experience.
  • We move quickly and bias toward ownership. If you're energized by helping developers succeed — and by the distributed systems and crypto infrastructure powering that work — you'll thrive here.
  • Serve as the technical front door for developers using Helius APIs and streaming products
  • Troubleshoot issues, reproduce bugs, and work with engineering to get fixes shipped
  • Build code samples, demos, and SDKs that help customers integrate faster
  • Rewrite and expand documentation, tutorials, and guides based on real-world questions
  • Automate support workflows using internal tooling, scripts and AI-assisted systems
  • Collaborate with engineering on feature requests, bug reports, and customer-driven improvements
  • Live in Discord and Telegram to support developers, gather feedback, and spot new patterns
  • Partner with enterprise and ecosystem teams to design integrations and optimize performance
  • Prototype new experimental features alongside engineers and product owners based on customer feedback

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a developer-facing support or solutions role with high volume or real-time community support (Discord, Telegram, forums)
  • Experience with APIs, SDK design, or open-source contributions
  • Prior startup experience or work in a small, fast-moving team

  • Read our Helius Manifesto to see how we work and what we value.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical role (support, engineering, solutions or devrel)
  • Excitement for the Solana ecosystem, distributed systems, and internet capital markets
  • Comfort reading and writing code (TypeScript & Rust preferred)
  • Deep curiosity, bias for action, and ownership
