Full-time Enterprise Sales role at BranchLab, an AI-native healthcare commercialization platform, based in NYC with hybrid work option.
Responsibilities
- BranchLab is an AI-native healthcare commercialization platform that helps pharmaceutical brands, healthcare marketers, agencies, and media partners identify, activate, and optimize audiences most likely to drive meaningful health outcomes.
- Using predictive modeling and advanced audience intelligence, BranchLab enables clients to build custom patient, caregiver, and healthcare professional (HCP) audiences, activate them across digital, TV, social, audio, and out-of-home media, and optimize performance against real-world outcomes.
- Our mission is to improve healthcare commercialization by helping organizations make faster and smarter marketing decisions while maintaining the highest standards of privacy, compliance, and scientific rigor.
- We work with some of the world's leading healthcare organizations to improve how treatments, providers, and health information reach the people who need them most.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, agencies, and other strategic accounts.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client objectives, challenges, and commercialization strategies.
- Present BranchLab's platform, products, and services to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to specific business needs and use cases.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking within CRM systems.
- Develop proposals, pricing strategies, business cases, and commercial agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Own contract negotiations and drive opportunities through successful close.
- Partner with Product, Data Science, Operations, and Client Success teams to ensure successful handoff, implementation, and long-term customer success.
- Represent BranchLab at industry events, conferences, client meetings, and networking opportunities to increase market awareness and generate new business opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Drive account expansion opportunities by identifying additional use cases, products, channels, and services that deliver value to existing clients.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare agencies, healthcare technology companies, or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of healthcare advertising, media activation, audience targeting, measurement, or marketing technology solutions.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, publishers, data providers, and audience activation workflows.
- Experience selling enterprise software, data, SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, analytics, or AI-driven solutions.
- Strong network within the pharmaceutical, healthcare marketing, or media ecosystem.
- Experience negotiating enterprise contracts and multi-year commercial agreements.
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, or audience intelligence platforms.

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, strategic partnerships.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong consultative selling and solution-oriented problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision makers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing strategic vision with execution.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing pipeline forecasting and CRM processes.
