Analyze product data to inform strategic product decisions and improve user engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze new feature rollouts to determine their true value to the user and impact on the product
  • Dig deep into data to uncover product growth points, focusing on user retention, activity, and drop‑offs
  • Define, build, and track core metrics—retention, activation, engagement, and conversion—to keep a pulse on product health
  • Conduct deep analysis of A/B tests, guiding the process from generating hypotheses to formulating actionable insights

Nice to have

  • Practical knowledge of A/B testing. You can independently run tests, understand statistical significance, and interpret results (chi-square, z-test, and Mann–Whitney don't scare you!)

  • Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries (experience with BigQuery is a major plus)
  • Hands-on experience with visualization tools (Tableau or similar). You know how to build dashboards that turn raw data into a clear story
  • You don’t stop at building reports; you strive to understand the "why" behind the data and use it to influence product decisions
  • You can translate complex data into plain language that clearly answers the question: “What’s next?
  • We are remote-first , but ideally, you should be in the CET or EET time zone
