  • Do you want to be the driving force behind how FTMO communicates with clients worldwide? Join our Content team ! Your primary mission will be to fully unleash the potential of our CRM and marketing automation platforms by setting up email campaigns , designing automated workflows and segmenting client groups . In this role, you will also take full ownership of our lead management and lifecycle marketing initiatives .
  • HubSpot is your playground: You have solid, hands-on experience with HubSpot (or a similar advanced CRM and marketing automation system). Setting up workflows, managing custom properties, and keeping our database architecture clean is second nature to you.
  • Architect of funnels & campaigns: You think in customer journeys. You can independently design automated email flows, segment smart lists, and continuously test and optimize how we communicate with our global community of traders.
  • Bilingual communication: We are a global fintech leader based in Prague. A strong command of both Czech (for smooth internal collaboration) and English (for our international audience) is essential to keep our localized messaging sharp and on-point.
  • Drive and data ownership: We move fast and value a proactive, independent work approach. You are someone who doesn't just launch a campaign and walk away; you take full ownership, monitor the data, troubleshoot errors, and see projects through to a successful finish.
  • An appetite for the trading world: Having a background in financial markets or prop trading is a massive plus. If you don't have it yet, don't worry, as long as you are curious and eager to learn, we are more than happy to show you the ropes!
  • Experience with HubSpot is a huge plus: Previous hands-on experience with the HubSpot platform (or a similar advanced CRM and marketing automation system).
  • Understanding of online marketing: A solid understanding of digital marketing tools and a clear grasp of how modern customer communication works.
  • Email marketing & funnels: Ability to independently build email campaigns, work with funnel scenarios, and continuously optimize client communication.
  • A feel for languages: Strong command of both Czech and English.
  • Work approach : Reliability, a proactive mindset, drive, and the ability to see things through to successful completion.
  • Knowledge of trading is an advantage: Background in trading or financial markets is a plus, but we’re happy to show you the ropes!
