  • You will play a key role in our team, working full-time to ensure the smooth operation of our client support services.
  • Providing professional support to our clients (problem-solving, answering queries, including phone calls). No cold calls involved.
  • Working with internal applications.
  • Occasional translations from English to French.
  • Excellent command of both English and French .
  • Experience with CFD trading, including MT4/5, TradingView, or similar tools.
  • A strong understanding of how proprietary trading firms operate.
  • Previous experience in customer support is required.
  • A highly motivated and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills, particularly in time management.
